Start times for all Foot-O competitors can be viewed here.

It has been quite a challenge to meet all competitors' requests, as well as complying with the rules regarding seeding etc. Please note though that Course 11 (M16A, M65L & W50L) on Event 3 (Middle) is extremely full and unfortunately not all competitors' requests could be precisely met.  Note that there are no gaps in the Middle, Late or Very Late bands on that course.

The data extract for bib printing has also now been made. Please therefore do not ask for changes to your start times unless it is absolutely necessary, as it will require manual amendment to your printed bib. If you really need a change made to your start times, or to your class, we will need to impose a charge of £5 per person per day. The one exception is if you wish to change from an age class to a colour class, which we will make free of charge.

If you want to go ahead, please use this link to pay the charge.  Please use the 'reason for payment' box to explain what change you want, and include your Entry Number and name. Should the change be due to our failing to follow your instructions, please mention this and, assuming we agree, we will refund the charge to you.
