M21E Class split into Elite1 and Elite2

The number of entrants for the M21E class on Days 2 (Middle) and 3 (Long) exceeds the number of available start slots within the 4-hour start window, and thus the class will be split into an Elite1 and Elite2 course. More on the arrangements.
